Sports is incredibly important for teens in so many ways as they grow body and mind. Regular participation in sports helps teenagers maintain good physical health. It helps improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. This important as many teenagers spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens and may not get enough physical activity.

The young fellow with the head gear is my grandson – he does 4 days with boxing – 2 nights rugby – plays Saturday mornings – trains for fitness Sunday – plays rugby league at his school full comp – his 12 and loves sports especially boxing an rugby.
Sports can also have a positive impact on mental health. Exercise releases endorphins which can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, participating in team sports can help teenagers learn social skills, develop friendship, and build self confidence which is so important in growing into an adult.

I find with his sports and the ones he does helps him so much with different things in life especially his confidence has got to another level.
Sports like most things in life require discipline and time management. These skills can be applied to other areas of life, such as school work and future careers.
Being involved with sports can help the teenagers develop healthy habits, such as eating a balanced diet and getting enough sleep. This can set them for a lifetime of good health.
I find sports for kids when I was coaching provides them with opportunities to set and achieve goals, learn from failure, and develop a strong work ethic. These are important skills that can be applied to all areas of life.

Overall, sports is an important part of a teenagers, life and can be a positive impact on their physical and mental wellbeing, as well as their personal growth and development.
