How Do We Deal With Our Minds & Health Off Today’s Living…

Life Has Changed Dramatically Over The Last Decade…

That would be the most understatement for the changes In the last Decade has made life for everyone a very massive thing to comprehend mindedly and emotions with the constant pressure of our way of living and the way we live. The events of the Coronavirus have reshaped society in lasting ways from the way we travel, buy real estate, even with security with the surveillance we’re accustomed to, and even to the language, we use, from being locked in hour homes for months.

These changes are here for a lifetime for us and the next generations following through.

A Global Novel Virus has and will make so many changes to our lives, where we are seeing nations, countries, and cities shutting down for any periods of time no one in no one out, changes on dining out, the way we use the gyms, theaters, the way we do our food shopping, live sports and concerts, the way we find love or friendship, the change of touch with each other is a big one, really when we weigh it up full life has made dramatic changes with the young to the old from government healthcare, the economy, our lifestyles where we brace ourselves in knowing there are many more will change to come.

Understand what’s In Front Of Us…

To do that we need to talk to family, friends, associates of people we deal with in business, sports, doctors ( they are tight-lipped with certain subjects but can point you in the right direction if you are seeking help in some way. ) My kids and I chat about what’s happening an especially seeing that this is a very long road of many years ahead of us. We as family and friends look out for each other as we’re not using drugs or alcohol as a way of handling the peer pressure that is putting a pond on us every day, even need to look after Kaiden with his schooling, sports, and outings we take him on.

The key is looking after your mental side that can create mixed emotions, feelings that can be towards different people, different standards with living that change constantly, the feeling of loneness, being confined for a period of time, The horrible feeling with depression, the feeling of knowing it’s really hard to plan a future from months to years as every day can change so quickly.

I have noticed where in Perth and country towns life is going ok compared to many others throughout Australia and the world, but the sensible ones are preparing for what’s ahead of us and we know it’s coming. For me, I’m working with this by getting healthier watch what I eat and top half exercising as I’m a bit confined to what I can do with this hip replacement ahead of me, I work hard with my mental side and have to with depression, but I go in the pool for a while to relax the body and mind, listen to music, make the house a good environment we live in, chat to the kids how and where they are and be prepared for what’s ahead of us… I know right at this moment, people, in parts of Europe and the globe are going through some very difficult times and I really do feel for them in what’s happening, we are preparing for the wave that will be upon us, with our mental, feeling, emotions, with us as humans, need to be strong mentally, need to control our feelings & emotions, work with our kids, family, and friends to help us with today and the future of living.

Look After yourselves, be strong, be happy, surround yourself with family and close friends, prepare the younger generation as its a way of the growth in decades with living, understand we will adjust to this as it will be the way we live in the future.
