Sometimes I Surprise Myself…Lol

Well lets see i all ways say its good to look at different things and try new ways, well my cooking is the one i’m going with at the moment more so because i’m putting healthier food into my body and it’s a smart one at that as i’m feeling so much better for it.

Sweet Chilli Pork Stir – Fry …

Ingredients = Garlic, Carrot, Green beans, Red onion, Ginger, Capsicum & Pork mince with…Oyster sauce, Sweet chilli sauce, Soy sauce with a pinch of salt a pinch of sugar and 1/4 a cup of rice wine vinegar with a few leaves of mint.

Ok with Hello Fresh every thing comes with it all the food and sauces with the recipe to cook it just follow the steps, but you still have to cook it lol…

Now i just go over a meal every second day, because your ingredients that come with each meal is enough for two people or if you want to be like i use too eat to much more than i needed, so with doing this i get two very good size portions for me to have over two nights which is excellent, from my point of view i cook one night eat the next Hahaha.

Once all the ingredients are added let it simmer for ten to twelve minutes, i all ways put the rice in the bowl first followed by meal.

What can i say but all the prep work and cooking is worth every bit off it, to be able put such a healthy and fresh meal in front of you. Love it…
