Good Session

Got Wade back into training for his first fight in October in boxing, were working on fitness, speed, explosive and agility.

This piece of training equipment is called the Prowler it weighs 40 kilos with out weights loaded… He works on 3 sets- of 5 – 20 meters – 3 sets of 5 – 15 meters – 3 sets of 5 10 meters with 2 minute intervals.. great cards exercise as well.

We all so worked on dead lifts 3 sets of 8 reps – 50 kilos – 3 sets of 10 reps 60 kilos.

Finished with Kettle bell work 12 kilos 4 sets of 10 American – 4 sets of 10 Russian with each program we have 1 minute intervals in-between each set.. finished on stretching exercises.. great session he worked well and the whole session was around 70 minutes. Excellent good work.
