Just Showing.

Iv’e put these to short promos up just showing the different training programs that we worked with Athletes, Clients that wanted to get fit or loose weight.

 

 

We found that our programs worked and really well.. athletes that needed to pick up their fitness, strength & power, or the techniques of lifting weights and running to get that explosiveness of the line or on the field.

I worked on programs through the results of video or the stop clock and all so different machines we used to give results of the athlete how much fat they carried, blood and heart movement, it was an exciting program haven sports sciences setting up the body programs designed for each athlete.. it was such a great program and maybe we might have a different one for the gym. WHO KNOWS Mmmm.
