Just to finish off with the slider which works well, for hamstring’s, calfs, and buttocks. Good for men and women.. can strengthen upper arms as well as lower body.

 

A very good program for lower back muscles, hamstring’ and to really tighten the buttocks, all the girls that work hard with this exercise over a period of time have all stated with the … squat, slider and the dip machine they have tightened the buttocks area.

Great exercise for men as well not only women especially if you have weak hamstrings and lower back good to strengthen through those areas.
