The Dead Lift

The dead lift is such a great exercise for all the body, it can be used for weight loss programs or speed and strength for sports.

Its’ an exercise that can be incorporated into your program if your working on your glutens, legs, thighs, core in saying that most parts on your body.. there are so many arguments with the dead lift if it works or is it myth..

I have seen and used it were the clients loose weight or use the program for speed and power in the lower half of the body and core, were athletes over a time have picked up times and pace in the explosive side of running.. and i know of several guys that incorporated this program into there weight loss exercises and certainly have lost weight and gained muscle strength at the same time.

A great exercise for women and men and a great exercise for all over body strength used in the right programs.
