Two In One

Excellent a great way to finish the weekend.

If i do say my self.. Chicken, silverbeet, broccoli, mushrooms, snow peas, celery, spinach, garlic, pepper, soy a sauce, chilli flakes just a dash, a small line of oil to give it a nice texture, cook for 20 minutes.

To my little friend Josie don’t panic as i have a funny shift and can’t be bothered cooking when i get in from work two servings for the price of one – or lazy take ya pick, but for what ever way it goes this is a very good healthy meal… love it .. Go Keto. Lol
