The Three For The Day.

It’s a Sunday and what better way to spend with things that are of purpose.

Went for the ride with Kaiden and throughly enjoyed it with my little mate, we looked at riding at constant pace with good leg speed at the end of the ride felt really good like i accomplished something.

After a healthy shake and some fruit off to the gym, went for the cruise style of weights and work out.. lifted the weight on the bars a bit.. 5 reps of 8 sets with a minute break between each one.. it’s a way of doing a good program at an enjoyable session and getting something out of it when you finish. To finish the day off with a good healthy dinner, it was a good day rode with my grandson and to the gym with my son but all in the name of exercise.
