The Keto Diet

Such a good program.

The Keto diet is one that i’m really enjoying, no carb as in bread, biscuits, rice, sugar, milk, and much more. But in saying that i eat variation off salads, veggies, and meat, chicken, fish, and shakes.. you can really mix up your meals and make so many different variations of salads… The more i get into the program i find there are recipes for pancakes, bread, soups, cakes mmm so good.

Tonight i had bacon, fresh salad, goats cheese that is so good and avocado i put a dash off virgin oil to give it good colour with salad dressing followed by drinking half a litre of water. You will find write ups on the Keto Diet on google its worth looking at again this program suits me and life style.
